Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a large team of recruiters across multiple locations, ensuring performance targets and hiring goals are met.
Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Handle
vendor and stakeholder management
across business units and geographies.
Manage and close
RFPs and pricing proposals
within defined timelines.
Design and update recruitment procedures to align with business needs and market trends.
Participate in
recruitment audits and compliance activities
to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
Track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as
time-to-hire ,
cost-per-hire , and
quality of hire .
Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including
social recruiting and digital platforms .
Lead and support
HR project management
initiatives across functions.
Advise hiring managers on
interviewing techniques
and best practices.
Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to
forecast future hiring needs .
Represent the organization at
job fairs, campus drives, and career events .
Coordinate closely with
senior HR and business leadership
to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
