Roles and Responsibilities

Effective end-to-end coordination between the clients and sales / production team

Monitor the entire process from the client order till dispatch and delivery

Follow-up on the product specification as per the requirement

Raise PO and payment follow-up

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical / Production / Automobiles preferred

Must have handled small Customer Care Team

Should have worked in Sales or Sales Coordination team in manufacturing domain
