In the role of Sr. Manager - Supply Sourcing, you would be responsible for leading a Team of Sourcing Recruiters for onboarding resources as per AOP and Projected hiring plan shared by Business Units. These offered candidates will be responsible for designing & managing residential interior projects with Livspace. You will engage with hiring managers providing details around the hiring progress and follow up for closure on required projections.
Responsibilities
- Develop the funnel of potential candidates to achieve the Onboarding Targets consistently MoM.
- Ensure Secondary Research to source potential resources from various online and offline platforms.
- Plan the Top of the Funnel required MoM along with the respective Sourcing Leads and their Teams.
- Scheduling & coordinating discussion meetings between Hiring Managers as well as Leadership.
- Provide overall visibility on Candidate pool, stage wise conversions and offers against targets.
Job Requirement
Graduate / Post Graduate from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.Must have 5+ years of work experience in Sourcing / Recruitment.Strong action bias and extremely high level of ownership around targets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary.Communication in additional local languages would help.Hands-on with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel, Powerpoint.Candidates from a startup background preferred.Skills Required
