Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You&aposll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category supply chain strategy, including multi-sourcing for the accessories (leather accessories & footwear) section.
• Onboard partners onto the Quince model and coach them to operate in a rapid replenishment, M2C environment;
• Coach partners on Quince OS - Operational (Rapid LT, consumer-oriented), Financial Model (high ROIC) and Technical (Vendor Portal)
• Catalog Expansion : In conjunction with Merchants and PD, launch NPC-approved new styles and colors
• Drive Operational Excellence : High Quality (

99% in-stock) and Margin Accretive performance
