We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Lead Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of driving efficiency and cost savings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and demand planning.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in supply chain operations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
9-12 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management.Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Skills Required
