Head Strategic Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end supply chain operations. Identify strategic sourcing initiatives and execute.
• Meet Business Objectives. Supplier Delivery, Quality and Competitive sourcing. Identify Business objectives requiring vendor development, capacity creation. Create framework and execute.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Supplier engagement : & managing supplier relationships : Identification, Development of right suppliers to meet Business Targets, Foster strong partnerships with domestic and foreign suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms and mitigate risks.
• Digitalization : Transformation from intuitive decision making to Data driven decision making. Data visibility through Dashboards to monitor and control end to end solution
• Timely Delivery of Business sourcing requirements with right Quality and competitive commercial contracts
• End to End Supply Chain Oversight & Execution. Establish Strong Processes, Systems, Governance and Reporting framework
• Development of Supplier Relationship Management & Contract Management
• Developing the culture of driving Decision through Data & analysis
• Leading Supply Chain and Team Development
