Job Description :

• 6+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar).
• 3+ years of experience leading Agile delivery for engineering or software development teams.
• Proven Workday / ERP implementation experience.
• Proven experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI / CD processes within software engineering environments.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, :
• Lead Agile delivery teams as Scrum Master or Delivery Manager for software development projects, preferably in Workday or ERP environments.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team and organization.
• Manage and resolve impediments and risks to keep the team on track.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate Agile processes with CI / CD pipelines and automation.
• Use Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins to track progress and report status.
• Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
