Job Description :
- 6+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar).
- 3+ years of experience leading Agile delivery for engineering or software development teams.
- Proven Workday / ERP implementation experience.
- Proven experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and CI / CD processes within software engineering environments.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, :
- Lead Agile delivery teams as Scrum Master or Delivery Manager for software development projects, preferably in Workday or ERP environments.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team and organization.
- Manage and resolve impediments and risks to keep the team on track.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate Agile processes with CI / CD pipelines and automation.
- Use Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins to track progress and report status.
- Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
