About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for Agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment for our development teams.

You will play a crucial role in facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and coaching the team to continuously improve their processes and deliver exceptional Scrum Events :

Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Ensure that these events are conducted effectively and within the established timeboxes.
Promote self-organization and cross-functionality within the team.

Remove Impediments :

Identify and proactively remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.

Work with stakeholders and other teams to resolve dependencies and address roadblocks.

Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely and Mentor the Team :

Coach the development team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Help the team to become self-managing and accountable.

Mentor team members in regards to Agile best Agile Practices :

Champion Agile and Lean methodologies within the organization.

Educate stakeholders on the benefits of Agile and Scrum.

Support the team in implementing and improving their Agile practices.

Encourage the use of XP practices where Stakeholder Communication :

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and other teams.

Provide regular updates on sprint progress and team performance.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and and Report Progress :

Maintain and track sprint metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time.

Generate reports and dashboards to visualize team progress and identify areas for improvement.

Utilize Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Change Management :

Assist in organizational change management as it relates to Agile Help teams adapt to new processes and practices.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote Agile :

Plan, organize and deliver training to team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.

Create and maintain training materials and Skills and Experience :

3-5 years of overall experience in software development or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Experience in change management and Agile Experience working with multi-functional teams.

Experience in a multinational Expertise :

Strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.

Proven track record of successfully implementing and facilitating Scrum.

Experience with various Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
