Scrum Master / Business Analyst - MS Dynamics 365

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader to the Agile team by removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support the team in adhering to Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and maintain documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication across all phases of the project.
• Apply knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile software delivery.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Dynamics 365 platform as it relates to business processes and solution Skills and Qualifications :
• 8+ years of overall experience including at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements gathering and process analysis.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 is mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and drive team Qualifications :
• Experience working in complex, enterprise-level environments.
• Additional certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP or equivalent) are a plus.
