Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening our presence in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, target-oriented, and passionate about technology and education. Freshers with strong communication skills and a drive to grow in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education and technology sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and other potential clients.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Conduct presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations for potential clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective campaigns and promotional activities.

Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client communications in CRM tools.

Represent STEMbotix at events, exhibitions, and STEM competitions to promote the brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.

2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (EdTech or technology sector preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for STEM education, technology, and innovation.
