What You’ll Do :
- Own and grow Setu’s social media presence — content calendar, creative direction, engagement, growth hacks.
- Craft & execute brand campaigns; shape positioning, messaging, creative, media mix.
- Partner with Product Marketing for new launches : go-to-market, launch creatives, materials.
- Thought leadership : working with D91 content team on blogs, whitepapers, webinars, podcasts.
- Content creation : collaborating with writers, designers, video producers. Multi-format work.
- Manage media channels like webinars, video, events, online / offline content.
- Track & measure campaign / brand metrics. Learn fast, iterate, improve.
What We Want From You :
2-4 years in brand / marketing / communications roles (preferably tech / fintech / high-growth).Strong storytelling instincts + creative flair.Versatility : long & short form content, video, events.Collaborative : you’ll work across product, marketing, content, creative teams.Analytical mindset : metrics, feedback loops, continuous improvement.Comfortable with ambiguity & ownership.
