Job Summary :

Hidesign India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Assistant Retail Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader responsible for ensuring the sales performance and growth of our Exclusive Brand Outlets. This role requires a professional who can effectively implement store processes, maintain high visual standards, and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales performance and ensure the overall growth of our Exclusive Brand Outlets.
• Implement and monitor all store processes and systems to evaluate overall operational performance and improve efficiency.
• Uphold and improve the performance of stores by ensuring the team provides the best customer service in line with Hidesign's values.
• Maintain proper visual merchandising and ensure the highest visual standards are consistently met within the store.
• Train, motivate, and manage the retail team to ensure they perform at their best and achieve all assigned targets.
• Conduct proper stock planning and analysis to ensure the right products are available at the right time and place.
• Coordinate with the head office to resolve issues and secure the necessary support for smooth store operations.
• Participate in marketing and brand promotion events to ensure their success and enhance brand visibility.
