Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand presence, partnerships, and positioning of Happy Cultures. The ideal candidate will be a creative yet structured thinker who can balance strategy with execution.

This role will involve managing brand imagery, digital presence, partnerships & alliances, and communication consistency , while working closely with the brand and marketing leadership. You'll be part of a fast-paced, growing team where every idea matters and directly impacts how our consumers see and experience the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Support in developing and executing brand plans to strengthen positioning in the wellness space.
• Ensure consistency of brand imagery, tone, and storytelling across platforms and touchpoints.
• Digital Presence & Content
• Oversee brand presence across digital platforms (social media, website, marketplaces).
• Coordinate with creative / design teams to maintain engaging and on-brand communication.
• Track digital performance and suggest improvements for engagement and growth.
• Partnerships & Alliances
• Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and alliances .
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners to drive co-branded campaigns and activations.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with brand values and ROI.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with performance, operations, and product teams to align brand campaigns with business goals.
• Gather consumer insights to influence product communication and campaigns.
• Execution & Tracking
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for campaigns.
• Track brand KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership.
