Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to support and manage our network
of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) engaged in mutual fund & other wealth distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow, resolving service issues, and delivering tech-enabled support to enhance partner experience and thus ensuring business outcomes by activating our existing DSAs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary Relationship Manager for DSAs distributing mutual funds.
- Provide tech-enabled assistance for transaction processing, reporting, and compliance-related
activities.
Proactively resolve service-related queries to ensure uninterrupted DSA operations.Conduct training sessions for DSAs on digital tools, mutual fund platforms, and workflowoptimization.
Coordinating & activating DSAs and lesioning with internal teams to handle escalations andprovide timely updates.
Monitor DSA performance and deliver data-driven insights to help improve productivity andmutual fund or wealth business of the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in mutual fund operations, client servicing, or financial productdistribution.
OR
Fresher, Graduated from the BBI streamSolid understanding of mutual fund processes, platforms, and compliance regulations.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM platforms, and reporting systems.Budget : 4 LPA + Incentives (depends on interview)
