Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about sales and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and online research
Reach out to potential clients to understand their needs
Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations
Prepare quotes and maintain daily / weekly reports in Zoho CRM
Follow up with leads and help build long-term relationships
Support the sales team in achieving targets
Collaborate with senior executives to prepare proposals and close deals
Stay updated on industry trends and Fletech product knowledge
Requirements
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales support
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
