Business Development Executive – B2B Sales (US Market)

Location : BKC, Mumbai

Workdays & Shift : Monday to Friday | 7 : 45 PM – 5 : 15 AM (Graveyard Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Business Development Executive to spearhead growth in the US B2B market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, proven success in engaging C-Suite executives, and the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outbound B2B sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-Suite decision-makers across the US market.
  • Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and follow-ups to manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations for meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data using CRM tools (Salesforce / Excel).
  • Consistently achieve sales quotas, call targets, and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, planning, and forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Undergraduate degree acceptable.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in US outbound B2B sales (C-Suite level only).
  • Excellent communication skills in English with an American / neutral accent.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM / Salesforce preferred.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in night / US shifts.
