As we scale, we are looking for a Director of Sales who is passionate about SaaS, has a proven track record in B2B sales, and is excited to grow alongside the company through equity ownership .
Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets for Zeba Pro.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team from scratch.
- Drive new business acquisition across startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients in India.
- Identify and develop channel partnerships, resellers, and aggregator networks .
- Own the sales funnel , ensuring consistent lead generation, conversion, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize go-to-market strategies .
- Report directly to the founders and play a key role in shaping company growth strategy .
What We're Looking For :
8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRTech or related software.Proven experience in scaling sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.Strong understanding of startup dynamics and equity-based incentive structures.Excellent networking and relationship-building skills .Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to closing deals and driving results.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment .Skills Required
