Role Description
We are seeking a Ecommerce Manager to manage client relationships and ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include :
1. Project Management – Understand client requirements, relay details to the team, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
2. Daily Updates – Provide regular progress updates from the team to clients.
3. Upselling Services – Offer additional services like Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, websites, or social media to existing Amazon clients.
4. Exhibition Support – Attend exhibitions, document discussions with clients, follow up afterward, and set meetings to help close deals.
5. Follow-Up Management – Ensure consistent follow-ups with clients and the team to maintain smooth operations.
6. Other Tasks – Handle any other tasks related to client management and workflow.
