Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales and Strategy : Meet or exceed sales objectives at the enterprise level by leading the execution of our overall go-to-market strategy. This involves business growth accountability, customer and partner engagement, and demand generation plans.
  • Business Development : Proactively qualify leads, perform needs assessments, and identify new avenues for revenue generation and alliance opportunities. You will also plan and implement our channel partner strategy for products and services.
  • Relationship Management : Establish and nurture senior-level relationships built on trust, develop client champions, and become the client's day-to-day strategic advisor. You'll ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee retention by proactively supporting clients and increasing engagement levels.
  • Customer Advocacy : Drive the adoption and usage of new products and features across multiple business units. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, professional services, product dev, training, and support) to create a unified account team that supports the customer through contract renewal and surfaces new growth opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Provide accurate forecasts and report on weekly / monthly performance. You'll work strategically with management to identify trending opportunities / challenges and provide recommended Skills & Qualifications :
  • Experience : A minimum of 3 years of SaaS product sales or IT services field sales experience is mandatory. A proven track record of selling SaaS-based or cloud-based software solutions to enterprise-level customers in the Airport / Airline industry is strongly preferred.
  • Communication and Business Acumen : Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with consultative and professional business acumen. You should also have the ability to create client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews.
  • Personal Attributes : Must have a "do-anything" attitude for delighting the customer. You should be highly data-driven, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Mobility : Ready to travel across India and outside of India as required for business.
  • Work Environment : The ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with strong time management and planning skills
