Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive - Order Processing & Logistics to join our team in Mumbai for an on-site, full-time role. The primary responsibilities include handling and processing customer orders efficiently, coordinating with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery, maintaining communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues related to orders or delivery.
