Position - Logistics Executive / Customer Relationship Executive or Manager
Location - Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Order processing : Order punching (E.M.R. / ERP) to shipment
- Order tracking and delivery coordination.
- Ensure timely communication with customers via email, phone, and direct interaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Production, CAD, Model Making, QC, Logistics, and Certification) to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
- Prepare reports
- Maintain CRM software / databases for tracking leads, orders, and customer interactions.
