Role Overview
The Executive – Last Mile will support and manage last-mile delivery operations for Mumbai. The role involves coordinating with delivery partners, monitoring real-time shipment movement, resolving delivery exceptions, and ensuring smooth B2C order fulfilment. The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining high service levels, optimizing delivery timelines, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction through efficient last-mile execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily last mile dispatches with 3PL partners and internal fleet teams
Monitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve delivery exceptions / escalations
Support route planning and suggest improvements based on ground realities
Ensure timely pickups and deliveries aligned with SLAs
Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for smooth order handovers
Maintain daily MIS and assist in preparing delivery performance dashboards
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in last mile logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations
Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL operations is preferred
Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, route optimization tools, and Excel
