Position Overview :
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Corporate Sales Manager to lead and expand our corporate sales channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the B2B and lighting industry, an in-depth understanding of project-based sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and manage corporate and institutional client accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, electrical contractors, PMC firms, and corporate decision-makers.
- Drive project sales in commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and infrastructure segments.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Participate in RFPs and commercial negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing and value-added proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product launches and campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry meets, and client presentations.
- Manage a team of sales executives (if applicable), providing direction and support.
- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, or related industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate / project-based environment.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Ability to travel extensively based on project and client needs.Prior experience in LED Lighting industry salary plus incentives / commissions based on performance.
