Strong territory management skills with proven track record of achieving sales targets. Good relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals & clinics in respective markets. Candidate must be willing to travel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Job Description :
Position : Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Division : Orthotics Products
Location : Hyderabad
Reports to : Regional Sales Head
Role Objective :
To drive sales growth, develop and manage key accounts, and expand market share for the orthotics product portfolio in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
- Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and onboard new customers (orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals, and distributors).
- Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Manage distributor / dealer network and ensure their performance in terms of coverage and sales.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
- Support marketing initiatives, conferences, and local promotional activities.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and customer interactions.
