1. Lead from the front and ensure that the regional sales targets are achieved monthly.
2. Review and monitor region wise performance of the team on a weekly basis.
3. Conceptualize and develop region wise sales strategies in line with available resources.
4. Ensure cost in line with sales generated as per agreed norm.
5. To control regional operating cost.
6. Ensure that regional expenses does not exceed the budget amount.
7. Identify opportunities for developing existing market and exploring new areas through field force on periodic basis.
8. Ensure appointment of new customers (espically DRPs) across the region.
9. Ensure working norms are adhered to by the team members daily.
10. Ensure communication of initiatives to the channel partners from time to time.
Prior Experience- Minimum 15 years
