Key deliverables :
- Manage and maintain HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems (Greenhouse ATS, SAP BTP, HANA)
- Gather business requirements, implement system configuration changes, testing, and rollout
- Provide end-user support, training, and coach team members on techno-functional aspects
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates
