Job description

Key deliverables :

  • Manage and maintain HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems (Greenhouse ATS, SAP BTP, HANA)
  • Gather business requirements, implement system configuration changes, testing, and rollout
  • Provide end-user support, training, and coach team members on techno-functional aspects
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates

Role responsibilities :

  • Administer and operate core HR systems ensuring data integrity and compliance with IT governance
  • Interface with software vendors and internal teams to track and resolve system-related issues
  • Maintain system documentation, execute periodic validations across environments, and manage change control process
  • Support audits related to IT application controls and governance, ensuring disciplined task execution

    • Skills Required

    Sap Successfactors, Cloud Integration, Hris, google suite , System Administration, SAP CPI, Troubleshooting
