As a Digital HR Solution Design / Presales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative digital transformation solutions for clients. You will be responsible for understanding business challenges, designing strategic solutions, and driving proposal excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Consulting
- Analyze client requirements and business processes to design tailored digital transformation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather insights and define solution architecture.
- Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Proposal Development
- Streamline the proposal creation process by leveraging reusable assets and frameworks.
- Ensure timely and high-quality responses to RFPs / RFIs with compelling solution narratives.
- Align proposals with client expectations, industry trends, and organizational capabilities.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to digitize and automate HR processes (e.g., onboarding, payroll, performance management).
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement workflow improvements using digital tools (e.g., RPA, low-code platforms).
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Present solutions to internal and external stakeholders using impactful storytelling and visualization.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster collaboration.
