Your Job :
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees (Hire to Retire)
- Assist in managing HR inquiries and employee requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage Helpdesk as per defined SLAs and metrics
- HR Service Delivery : Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and transactional services.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.
- Data Accuracy : Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data in HR systems.
- Customer Satisfaction : Address employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
- KPI Management : Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR Shared Services.
- Project Management : Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades or process redesign.
- Collaboration : Work with other HR teams, HR Business Partners, and other departments.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the HR Shared Services function.

Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in leading and managing a team.Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) may be preferred.Years of Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR administrationPreferably AMS region HRSS (hire-to-retire) experience.Skills Required
