Skills and Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in administration or related field.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.Experience with budget management and financial reporting.Knowledge of HR practices and compliance is a plus.Skills Required
