Job description

Lead business development initiatives focused on real estate projects, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.

Conduct technical due diligence to evaluate the feasibility, risks, and compliance aspects of real estate assets and projects.

Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and investment planning.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to advise senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and project management for integrated project delivery.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations based on research and due diligence findings.

Support negotiations and contract structuring related to real estate acquisitions and developments.

Ensure alignment of real estate strategies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Manage stakeholder relationships including developers, investors, consultants, and government authorities.
