What This Role Is About

We’re looking for someone who can lead and manage talent programs across the company. This includes handling global onboarding, running strategic projects, and designing programs that help employees grow. You’ll also lead facilitation sessions for leadership and team development. This is a senior role—not a training coordinator or process trainer.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Facilitation Management : Lead sessions for leadership, onboarding, and team development across global teams.
• Global Onboarding : Own the full onboarding experience for new hires worldwide. Make sure they feel welcomed, informed, and ready to succeed.
• Program & Project Management : Plan and run talent-related projects. Work with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
• Talent Development : Help design and manage programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and career paths.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with HR, business leaders, and global teams to align programs with company goals.
