About the Role
Indifi is seeking a highly driven sales leader with a problem-solving mindset-smart, ambitious, and ownership-driven, who thrives in fast-paced environments. As Regional Sales Manager (West), you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for Indifi's Supply Chain Finance (SCF) vertical by acquiring and managing key anchor partnerships across the western region. This role offers the opportunity to take on responsibilities beyond years of experience and significantly contribute to shaping the SCF business.
Key Responsibilities
- Anchor Acquisition & Engagement : Prospect, onboard, and engage new anchors for vendor / dealer finance propositions, ensuring high utilization of limits.
- Regional Sales Leadership : Drive sales strategy and execution for the western region, delivering on acquisition and revenue targets.
- Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of brand anchors by identifying key industries and markets within the region.
- Stakeholder Management : Engage with CXOs and key decision-makers of brand anchors to establish and grow long-term partnerships.
- Industry Engagement : Represent Indifi at industry forums and networking events to enhance visibility and strengthen brand positioning.
- Program Scaling & Risk Management : Maintain regular engagement with anchors to identify red flags, mitigate risks, and scale programs effectively.
- Digital & Product Initiatives : Collaborate on new product development and digital innovations in Supply Chain Finance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (Sales, Risk, Operations, Compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and process optimization.
