Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead – Client Solutions who will drive business growth through sales and client engagement . The role requires a mix of sales acumen, relationship management, and data-driven approach to identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure business conversions.
This position will be central to expanding Ensemble’s presence with Large Corporates, GCCs, IT Parks, BFSI and other enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across target sectors.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Engage with CXO-level decision-makers to understand requirements and position Ensemble’s solutions.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver winning client proposals and pitches.
- Create Account-Based Strategies (ABS) for high-value clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Represent Ensemble at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.
🔹 Client Relationship Management
Build strong, lasting client relationships ensuring repeat business.Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning solutions accordingly.Manage key accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.Track client engagement metrics to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.🔹 CRM & Data Management
Manage Salesforce CRM for sales pipeline tracking and reporting.Maintain accurate client and lead data; ensure segmentation for targeted outreach.Leverage databases (, Apollo, Lusha) for prospect identification and business opportunities.🔹 Reporting & Insights
Track sales performance against targets and present regular updates to management.Provide market intelligence on emerging opportunities in real estate, IT, and GCC sectors.Use analytics to support sales strategies and enhance conversion ratios.Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in corporate sales / business development (preferably interiors, real estate, IT, or corporate services).Strong client network and ability to connect with decision-makers.Hands-on Salesforce CRM knowledge and sales pipeline management.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong business acumen with ability to deliver client-centric solutions.Process-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindsetQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.3-5 years of experience in sales, client solutions, or business development.Prior exposure to design & build, workplace solutions, or B2B corporate sales is highly preferred.What We Offer
