Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader specializing in real estate, located in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team, overseeing commercial real estate transactions, and ensuring the highest standards of brokerage services. Daily tasks will include team management, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be skilled in developing strategies, resolving conflicts, and fostering a productive work environment.
