About the Role

We are seeking a motivated  Commercial Real Estate Analyst  to join our investment team. The role involves financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and portfolio analysis for commercial assets across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. This position requires candidates to work in alignment with  US time zone hours .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain  financial models  (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis) for potential acquisitions and investments.
• Conduct  market and sector research  to identify commercial real estate trends, demand drivers, and competitive benchmarks.
• Assist in  due diligence processes  including lease analysis, tenant financial reviews, and asset risk assessments.
• Prepare  investment memos, pitch books, and presentations  for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor  portfolio performance  and provide recommendations for value optimization.
• Track  legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks  relevant to CRE investments in India and international markets.
