Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects, taking responsibility for planning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables.
• Assist in projects and rollouts as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SuccessFactors EC and its integrations, and support the business in defining requirements.
• Be a key contributor to our global transformation program, implementing a new global HCM Core solution on SuccessFactors Employee Central via a greenfield approach
• Contribute to the demand management process, including time planning, effort estimation, and coordination with external partners.
• Support daily operations related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring seamless system functionality
• Resolve incident tickets and service requests; coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.
• Modify and maintain the integration between SAP HCM (PT / PY) and SuccessFactors EC, including BIB (Business Integration Builder) and related BADI (Business Add-In).
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and other departments to understand and implement requirements effectively.
• Ensure continuous system availability and performance.
• Participate in scrum tasks such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and maintain JIRA for agile work organization
