Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead projects and rollouts of global SAP Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) solutions, ensuring implementation within scope, time, and budget
• Calculate ESS / MSS project costs based on required applications, processes, and solution complexity, providing financial transparency and supporting decision-making
• Optimize the integration of ESS / MSS with SAP HCM, focusing on configuration, user-friendliness, and automation
• Oversee global SAP Fiori Launchpad, managing deployment and consistency of standard and custom apps
• Support the implementation and integration of HR-specific applications (UI5, Fiori, OData), and bring experience with SAP Integration Center, SAP API Management, and web services (OData / REST / SOAP)
• Enhance and ensure compliance and best practices in Fiori-based ESS / MSS user experience
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive Fiori applications
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational guidelines by integrating them into ESS / MSS workflows and configurations
• Coordinate testing activities in collaboration with HR, including bug analysis, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and validation of fixes
• Guarantee ongoing system availability, performance, and data integrity within ESS / MSS modules
• Lead regular process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
• Maintain documentation, standards, and user training materials
• Participate in agile ceremonies and manage tasks in JIRA
