Role Overview :
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Team Leader to drive productivity across a team
of Inside Sales Executives. This individual will be responsible for performance monitoring,
coaching, and optimizing lead flow to improve conversion rates and team output.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily calling metrics, talk time, and login adherence.
- Drive team to meet site visit and call targets (150+ calls per rep / day).
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and feedback sessions.
- Liaise with Marketing and Field Sales for lead handovers.
- Audit CRM usage and ensure process compliance.
- Prepare and present daily / weekly performance reports.
- Coach team members to achieve KPIs and career growth.
