Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify high-potential target companies and craft go-to-market strategies.
- Build and manage prospect databases, identifying key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Drive outbound sales initiatives and lead generation activities across US and Indian markets.
- Configure, integrate, and optimize workflows across GTM tools (Clay, Lemlist, Wati, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Track and monitor funnel progression, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable GTM workflows and enhance sales operations efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualification :
Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Wati, HubSpot, Zoho CRM.Proven success in B2B inside sales, especially in the US market (India exposure is a plus).2-7 years of relevant experience (adaptability and results-driven mindset valued over exact years).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on funnel metrics and performance.Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and build scalable solutions.(ref : iimjobs.com)
