Guna Solar - General Manager - Projects

Guna Solar is seeking a proven leader to join us as General Manager - Projects, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all our solar and clean energy projects across India. This includes C&I rooftop solar, ground-mounted solar, and C&I & MW Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

As a senior member of our leadership team, you will take full ownership of project planning, procurement, engineering, site execution, and commissioning-ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead execution of MW-scale C&I rooftop, ground-mounted, hybrid solar, and BESS projects across India
• Drive project planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and team performance
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory approvals (DISCOM, CEIG, ALMM, net-metering, etc.)
• Guide engineering and procurement teams on BOQs, quality specs, and material deliveries
• Monitor progress, resolve site-level issues, and maintain project documentation and reporting
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality norms, and performance guarantees
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance project delivery team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients for successful handover and O&M readiness
