Evaluation & Strategy :
- Continuously monitor national and international tenders / RFPs related to GH2, NH3, green fuels, etc.
- Evaluate eligibility criteria, scope, technical requirements, financial models, and bid timelines.
- Prepare Go / No-Go recommendations and coordinate bid planning across departments.
Technical Ownership :
Lead internal technical discussions and align cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, procurement, finance).Build and own conceptual designs, system configurations, and technical write-ups for proposals.Stay up-to-date with electrolysis technologies, ammonia synthesis, green fuel logistics, and storage methods.Liaison & Engagement :
Liaise with OEMs, technology providers, consultants, and external stakeholders to gather technical inputs and quotes.Represent InSolare in pre-bid meetings, industry roundtables, and policy forums, as & Submission :Coordinate with relevant teams for timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions.Prepare and review BOQs, technical datasheets, solution narratives, and risk assessments.Strategy & Innovation :
Contribute to internal strategy development for green molecules business.Identify partnerships, JV opportunities, and project development models in the hydrogen Exp : 2-4 years of experience in the energy sector with at least 23 years in GH2 / NH3 / green fuels Skills :Deep domain expertise in green hydrogen, ammonia, and related clean energy value chains.Excellent analytical, documentation, and technical writing skills.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and execution-focused range and compensation package :Details regarding pay range or salary or compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
