Job description

Evaluation & Strategy :

Continuously monitor national and international tenders / RFPs related to GH2, NH3, green fuels, etc.
Evaluate eligibility criteria, scope, technical requirements, financial models, and bid timelines.
Prepare Go / No-Go recommendations and coordinate bid planning across departments.

Technical Ownership :

Lead internal technical discussions and align cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, procurement, finance).

Build and own conceptual designs, system configurations, and technical write-ups for proposals.

Stay up-to-date with electrolysis technologies, ammonia synthesis, green fuel logistics, and storage methods.

Liaison & Engagement :

Liaise with OEMs, technology providers, consultants, and external stakeholders to gather technical inputs and quotes.

Represent InSolare in pre-bid meetings, industry roundtables, and policy forums, as & Submission :

Coordinate with relevant teams for timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions.

Prepare and review BOQs, technical datasheets, solution narratives, and risk assessments.

Strategy & Innovation :

Contribute to internal strategy development for green molecules business.

Identify partnerships, JV opportunities, and project development models in the hydrogen Exp : 2-4 years of experience in the energy sector with at least 23 years in GH2 / NH3 / green fuels Skills :

Deep domain expertise in green hydrogen, ammonia, and related clean energy value chains.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and technical writing skills.

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and execution-focused range and compensation package :
