Role Highlights :
- First point of contact for client queries & issue resolution.
- Provide tech / product support and ensure seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with product & tech teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Educate clients on product features & best practices.
- Track & document client interactions and feedback for improvements.
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in client / tech support (preferably product / fintech).Strong understanding of product-based company workflows.Excellent communication (verbal & written).Tech-savvy, problem-solver, with startup enthusiasm.Why SBNRI
