About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Business Development Lead (full-time office role) to work closely with the leadership in shaping and driving our sales pipeline. This role requires taking ownership, building meaningful conversations with prospects, and ensuring month-on-month consistency in closures and growth. The ideal candidate is diligent with sales numbers, successful in developing new client entry strategies with a clear eye on driving revenue expansion.

What You’ll Do
- Research and identify high-potential accounts, senior decision-makers, and new opportunities across industries.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the content market in regions such as Middle East, UK, Singapore, Australia, US and Canada.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, direct engagement and networking events.
- Work on tailored proposals & RFPs that reflect client needs and our thought-leadership positioning.
- Build and manage a predictable pipeline, ensuring steady conversions and business growth.
- Collaborate with the leadership to shape pitches, meetings, and closure strategies.
Who You Are
Minimum 4–7 years in consultative sales experience in a digital agency pre-sales, business development, or lead generation role. Experience in selling content marketing, digital marketing or tech solutions would be preferred.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university or working equivalentDocumented experience architecting and closing large, consultative, complex salesConsistent track record in building enterprise pipelines including geographies outside India such a Middle East, UK, Singapore, Australia, US, Canada and closing opportunities.Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal. Ability to engage with CXOs and decision-makers with depth.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment.Exposure to B2B marketing, digital solutions, or enterprise sales is a plus.Stay current with content, design and digital technology trends and industry best practices to proactively sell fit-for-purpose solutions to clients.Why This Role
