ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• All sales query related to customization for walking clients in all stores + online - ability to handle stores query at same time.
• Good knowledge to work on the system. Eg. Magento, Inventory Management System (IMS)
• Basic knowledge of Apparel Merchandise
• Good knowledge related to Advanced Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Collaborated with other stylists to discuss exciting new trends that could be utilized in the development of showroom displays.
• Performed various sales transactions,  prepared special orders & delivered correct merchandise.
• Handled incoming mail, Chats, and completed appropriate actions.
• Candidate preferred with fashion & apparel background.
