The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, negotiation, and closing transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.Key Responsibilities Include

• Need to have prior experience of team handling of sourcing Managers.
• To ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels.
• Develop & drive the channel sales team comprising the core team.
• Meet the targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month / quarter.
• To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
• To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners.
• To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones.
• To liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners.
• To prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same.
• To develop a healthy investor database through channel partners.
• To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
• To oversee the organization of channel-related events.
• To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches.
• To ensure constantly improving channel partner experience.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years experience in Real Estate, especially in Managing Broker Networks.
• Must have team-handling experience.
• Must have Excellent Communication skills, Ability to Analyze Data, Knowledge of Pricing, geographies, CP margins, Discounting patterns, etc.
• Must have a working knowledge of Sales ERP.
• Excellent connections in the Broker network.
• Must have managed HNI customers.
• Understanding of the Home loan rates and banking procedures.
