Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and reach out to potential UCO sources, including restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers, to meet and exceed sourcing targets while building a strong sales pipeline
  • Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Support in negotiating contracts, leading the sales process from qualification to closure, and securing long-term UCO supply partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and FSSAI regulations under the RUCO initiative, and coordinate with the operations team for efficient UCO collection
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies based on market feedback
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and sales techniques

Candidate Profile :

  • Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for sustainability
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, environmental studies, or a related field
  • Experience in the waste management, food industry, or biofuel sector is a plus
