SAP ABAP Team Lead

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Team Lead to own, develop, and maintain Custom SAP Extractor Module. This role involves working closely with clients to understand requirements, developing ABAP solutions, integrating with SAP modules and external systems, and guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the development, customization, and maintenance of SAP ABAP applications, including WRICEF objects and enhancements.

2. Collaborate with clients, business teams, and SAP module experts (FI / CO, MM, HR, BW, SD) to design effective solutions.

3. Develop and test ABAP code, ensuring performance and usability.

4. Build integrations between SAP and other IT systems via PI / PO, H2H, APIs, and adapters (IDOC, Proxy, FTPS, Web Services).

5. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training post-deployment.

6. Manage and mentor a team of ABAP developers, ensuring timely and quality delivery in an Agile environment.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech).

2. 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, with strong expertise in WRICEF objects and object-oriented programming.

3. Proven experience in SAP PI / PO integration and ABAP Proxies.

4. Experience with Agile methodologies and test-driven development.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

6. Prior experience in team handling and leadership roles.
