The Job
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Present and demonstrate AV products and solutions to clients.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.Coordinate with internal teams for pre-sales and post-sales support.Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed.Work Schedule :
Working Days : 6 days a week
Weekly Off : 1st and 3rd Saturday off
Working Hours : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM
The Profile
Requirements :
Must have experience in the Audio Visual industry.3–4 years of field sales experience in a similar role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel within the territory for client meetings.Must be available for face-to-face interviews in Pune.The Employer
