Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Experience in distributor handling and primary sales would be an advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales targetsIdentify new business opportunities and assess market potentialBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailersProvide product information and support to distributors and customersMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferencesParticipate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferencesPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentationsEnsure timely and accurate order processing and deliveryHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerConduct regular market visits and identify areas for improvementNote : -Preference will be given to the candidates who have good knowledge about PCMC (Pimpri Chinchwad) Pune area.
