Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Experience in distributor handling and primary sales would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and assess market potential
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Provide product information and support to distributors and customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular market visits and identify areas for improvement
  • Note : -Preference will be given to the candidates who have good knowledge about PCMC (Pimpri Chinchwad) Pune area.
