Job Description

We&aposre looking for an Assistant Account Manager with over 4 years of experience, who excels in book closing processes and has a strong background in accounting. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in the automotive industry and familiarity with vehicle financing.

Responsibilities : ????

• Lead all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness.
• Mentor and guide a team of accounting professionals to foster their growth and development.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and drive financial strategies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
